Founded in 1971, Moore Diversified Services (MDS) has specific expertise in market feasibility studies, financial pro forma analysis, investment advisory services, consumer and industry surveys, and business venture analysis. MDS has also conducted major engagements in Mexico, Japan, Canada, France, Australia, and the United Kingdom. MDS is a two generation company. Jim Moore, the company's founder, has over 40 years of industry experience; Lynne Moore is a second-generation MDS professional with over 30 years of hands-on expertise. Together, they have conducted more senior housing healthcare feasibility studies and consulting engagements than any other consulting firm in the industry today.

Jim serves on the Board of Directors of a major senior living company traded on the New York Stock Exchange, and he is also an independent director serving on the Board of a major not-for-profit CCRC. Jim regularly writes articles for several leading senior housing and healthcare publications. He is the author of Assisted Living Strategies for Changing Markets and Independent Living and CCRCs. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Northeastern University in Boston, and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.

Lynne’s clients include a broad spectrum of national leaders and small organizations, which include: developers, healthcare organizations, faith-based organizations, senior housing operators and management companies, architects, lenders, underwriters, investors, REITs, and other financial institutions. This client base consists of both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. Both Lynne and Jim’s relationships with key players in the senior living industry are both invaluable and directly related to the success of every client to whom they lend their expertise.
