Pi Architects Established in 1966, Pi Architects is a multi-discipline design firm dedicated to the all-encompassing design of senior living communities. The specialized team represents a unique blend of expertise in master planning, architecture, landscape architecture and interior design. The primary goal of Pi is to help organizations establish and meet their financial aspirations by combining budgetary, marketing, operations, and regulatory requirements into an environment that fosters a meaningful purpose for everyone involved. In addition, Pi Architects specializes in campus repositioning, which is their avant-garde response to the ever-evolving demands of the senior housing industry. Pi Architects areas of expertise include nursing homes, assisted living and independent living facilities, Alzheimer's centers, and continuing care retirement communities (CCRC's). The senior living team at Pi Architects is spearheaded by President Greg Hunteman, AIA.
